below and log in by entering your username and
password. See below for instructions for logging
in.
1. Enter Your Username
Your username is the first three letters
of your last name + first letter of your first
name + the numbers 00.
For example, the username for John
Smith is SMIJ00.
If a previously hired employee
shares the fist four letters of your username,
use the next consecutive number.
For example, the username for Jerry
Smitz who was hired after John Smith is SMIJ01.
2. Enter Your Password
Your password is the last six digits of your Social
Security Number.
