What is Quick Trax?

Quick Trax is a private and secure section that Zumstein has designed exclusively for its customers. Quick Trax hosts a number of online tools you can customize to help you do business more efficiently.

In order to keep your information secure, our system requires you to login using a UserID and Password. A company Authorization ID is required to register.

Shipment Tracing
Use Quick Trax to find the current location of your shipment. Shipment tracing is made possible through our advanced online billing system in conjunction with a telecommunications network linking our network facilities. When logged into Quick Trax, you can trace your shipment by Pro Number, BOL or Freight Bill Number.

Document Retrieval
Quick Trax allows you to view your Bill of Ladings and Delivery Receipts. You can find your documents by typing in the shipment's Pro Number.

Shipping History
View and print your entire shipping history with Quick Trax.

Helpful Hints

• All input areas of this site are CASE SENSITIVE. We recommend that you enter all information, UserID, Password and inquiries in capital letters. This will minimize errors for no data matches.
• Be sure to check off the selection boxes located directly above the data box that you fill in to activate that data as search criterion.
• All shipments can be traced by using the exact numbers from the documents mentioned above. However, if you only have part of the number, you can use the "Starts With" search. Furthermore, if you only know one piece of information pertaining to a shipment, you should be able to track it using the "Advanced Search" feature.
• The term "ZONE" on our site refers to the 5-digit US Postal Zip Code.
